Pension
IAAPS operates a Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme with AVIVA. The AVIVA pension scheme has a default pension contribution of 4% from the employee and 8% from the employer with an opportunity to increase to 8% with a up to a maximum contribution of 12% from the employer.
Group Life Assurance
Group Life Assurance (GLA) provides the employee’s family or dependents with a lump-sum payment in the event of a death in service.
Group Income Protection
Group Income Protection (GIP) provides a continuation of a reduced salary in the event an employee is unable to work due to reasons relating to long-term ill-health.
Private Medical Insurance
Private Medical Insurance (PMI) offers employees private healthcare from diagnosis to treatment with an optional add-on of Bupa Dental Care.
Access to Key Support Services
Employees have access to Help@hand, an app-based solution that provides employees and their families with access to support services, including access to a remote GP, physiotherapy, etc.
Employee Assistance Programme
We offer a support helpline run which is a free and confidential service that includes telephone counselling 24/7 365 days a year.
Relocation Assistance
We offer up to £8,000 towards expenses. Eligibility applies.
Employee Referral Scheme
To reward our team for supporting us in attracting talent to work at IAAPS we have an Employee Referral Scheme in place. Successful employee referrals will result in a payment of £600.
Family and Caring Responsibilities
