Paula Brown

Paula leads the People function at IAAPS and works with the strategic leadership team to ensure that the business is supported with an effective people strategy.

Paula co-ordinates the cross-organisation Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group, who work together to lead initiatives that help IAAPS to shape the development of culture and inclusion in our workplace.
