Charles Gaylard

Charlie works within the engineering team, supporting the delivery of commercial and research projects across both test cell and simulation activities for range of applications including vehicle powertrains, energy storage systems, and thermal management.

He joined IAAPS with a background in design and manufacturing within the motorsport and composites industry and has since completed his PhD at the University of Bath with a focus on predictive energy and thermal management for electrified powertrains.
