IAAPS achieves ISO 27001 certification

IAAPS is proud to have been awarded ISO 27001 certification, a globally recognised standard which indicates that IAAPS’ Information Security Management System is aligned with information security best practice, and reviews and addresses risks before they occur.

To become ISO 27001 compliant, IAAPS underwent a comprehensive evaluation process which assessed the policies and procedures that are in place to control access to information, both personnel as well as customer information, including Intellectual Property (IP), and how the associated risks are managed and alleviated.

Achieving compliance with the standard requirements means customers can feel confident with how their data is treated and assured that IAAPS is committed to ongoing investment in technology and development of its procedures and services.

Furthermore, IAAPS passed an annual audit of its ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO45001 (Health & Safety Management) certifications. The auditors were very complimentary on the work which has been completed by the IAAPS team and the policies and systems which have been implemented. The assessment was completed with zero non-conformance raised, both major and minor, and no opportunities for improvement identified, which is an excellent result.

“We have put in place solid systems and processes in order to maintain a high level of quality, improve our overall performance and provide excellent service to our customers. Achieving ISO certification across key areas of our business demonstrates our continued commitment to quality and transparency within our operations,” says Sam Ellis-Roberts, IAAPS Health, Safety & Quality Manager.
