What’s involved?

The IAAPS facility is a world-class, purpose-built facility, encompassing state of the art test cells, collaboration space and offices. There’s approximately 11,000 sqm of building waiting for our team to arrive! This is a unique opportunity to be the first one in; it would suit an experienced professional who’s excited about the chance to build a customer-centric FM service and will take pride in delivering an excellent service to all our stakeholders.  

As Building Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency of the IAAPS building, including the physical infrastructure and support services

What do I need?

You’ll have a recognised Facilities Management Qualification, Membership of IWFM or related building industry professional qualifications. You’ll have experience of developing and implementing facilities management strategy and leading a high-performance team. You will be an adaptable self-starter; happy and able to manage strategic big picture and operational detail.
