Paul is responsible for the management of the finance function within IAAPS, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strategic planning and oversight of the financial processes. The focus of Paul’s role is to develop the long-term business plan and provide the team with the tools they require to effectively manage their own department in line with the financial requirements of the business.
