Chloe works closely with the Head of Finance, delivering insight into the financial performance of IAAPS and partnering with the project management team to validate sales forecasts and feed relevant data against KPIs and growth projections. Chloe also develops and oversees effective processes to ensure the efficient financial management across the whole team.
